Bai ye (Chinese: 百页; Pinyin: baiyè, also called Baiye bao (Chinese: 百页包; Pinyin: baiyè bao; lit. "hundred-page bun") is a traditional Chinese dish. In its raw state, it is a slice of tofu. When served, it is made as a cylindrical roll of tofu wrapping vegetables and meat inside. Additional ingredients such as salt, sugar and vegetable oil can be added.
