Isi ewu, meaning "goat head" in the Igbo language, is a traditional Igbo dish prepared with a goat head in Nigeria. It is an Igbo soup similar to spicy cow's feet (nkwobi), except that isi ewu is made with goat head while the latter is made with cow's feet. Some restaurants choose to cook the whole head at once, but to reduce the amount of water needed to cook the soup, the goat head is cut into reasonable pieces.
