Buntil — Central Java, Indonesia

Buntil is a traditional Indonesian-Javanese dish of grated coconut meat mixed with teri (anchovies) and spices, wrapped in papaya, cassava, or taro (or other similar aroids) leaves, then boiled in coconut milk and spices.
