Halawet el Jibn — Syria

Halawet el-jibn (Arabic: حلاوة الجبن, romanized: Ḥalāwat al-jibn, lit. 'cheese sweet') is a Syrian dessert made of a semolina and cheese dough, filled with qishta. Its origins are somewhere from central Syria.
