Ahriche — Khenifra, Morocco

In Moroccan cuisine, Ahriche (ⴰⵃⵔⵉⵛ) is a dish eaten by the tribes of Zayanes and Khénifra. The name is derived from the Berber word for stick; this is in reference to the dish's manner of cooking.
